Cynthia is a native speaker of English. She studied English language and literature (as well as Spanish) at the
University of Newcastle upon Tyne, and has published articles on literature.
She has taught English at two different stages in her life and was awarded the
Cambridge CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching for Adults) from International House Barcelona.
She believes that, as a translator, she must work to keep up with the changing nature of the English language, particularly with regards to science and technology.
Her Blog is about the way in which IT is affecting the English Language.
